3. Client Responsibility

While Leenky Linen will assist where possible, it remains the client’s responsibility to track the parcel once it has left our hands and been handed over to the courier or postal service.
Please ensure your contact and delivery information is correct at the time of order to avoid delays.

4. Support & Assistance

Should any issues arise during delivery, we’re happy to help where we can by liaising with the courier and assisting in locating your parcel — but please note we are not liable for courier delays, lost parcels, or incorrect addresses.
