Leenky Linen - Returns & Exchange Policy

At Leenky Linen, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure that every treasure finds its perfect home. Please read our returns and exchange policy carefully:

1. Custom Orders & Alterations

We offer custom work and alterations by prior arrangement only. If you would like an item altered, please contact us before purchase or collection to discuss the options and costs involved. Custom work is final and cannot be returned.

2. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of vintage and second-hand items, all standard sales are final. However, if you receive an item that does not match your order, we’re happy to review the case individually.

• In such cases, the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

• The return shipping is at the client’s own expense.

• Upon inspection and approval, store credit will be issued.

• No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Each return is subject to review and must meet the following conditions:
✔️ The item is unused and in the same condition as received
✔️ It has not been altered or washed
✔️ The original packaging (if applicable) is included

3. Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued in the form of a store credit voucher that can be used toward any future Leenky Linen purchase. Store credit is non-transferable and does not expire.
